By accessing PeakBucket on a computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any other applicable law, whether or not you are a registered user of PeakBucket. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, then please do not use PeakBucket.


You agree to the following if you choose to use PeakBucket.

Description of Service

PeakBucket is a free website that offers a way to track your peakbagging activity over time in a variety of ways. Your access to and use of the website may be interrupted from time to time as a result of equipment malfunction, updating, maintenance or repair of the website or any other reason within or outside the control of PeakBucket. PeakBucket disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the website. PeakBucket also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the website with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you or anyone else.

We develop and provide a activity tracking website for peakbaggers and we will develop more features in the future. At times things can go wrong and your access to PeakBucket may be interrupted. Unlikely, but sometimes things go very wrong.

Use Restrictions

PeakBucket is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. The materials contained on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law. You agree not to change or delete any ownership notices from materials downloaded or printed from the website. You agree not to modify, copy, download, print, reproduce, distribute, post or transmit any content appearing on the website without PeakBucket's prior written consent, unless it is content that you have made available on or through the website.


If it's not yours, then don't remove it from PeakBucket.

Email: By providing an email address, you consent to receive communications from PeakBucket electronically.

Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are solely responsible for all activities resulting from the use of your password and conducted through your PeakBucket account.

Age: PeakBucket is intended solely for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older and it is a violation of these Terms of Use for anyone under 13 to register for an account on PeakBucket. You represent and warrant that you are 13 or older. Your account may be deleted without warning if you misrepresent your age, whether older or younger.


You need to be who you say you are, and you need to be 13 or older, in order to register for a PeakBucket account. PeakBucket may email you and you need to keep your PeakBucket password confidential.


PeakBucket reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate your account, to include deleting your profile and any of the content that you have made available on or through the website, or restrict your use of all or any part of the website for any or no reason, without notice, and without liability to you or anyone else. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the website will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the website or delete your account. You understand and agree that some of your content, such as that which is displayed outside your profile, in other parts of the website, or on other websites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc), may continue to appear on the website or on other websites even after your account is terminated. All provisions of the Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, use restrictions, warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability.


PeakBucket may terminate your account at any time. You can stop using your account or delete it at any time as well.


PeakBucket reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the terms, PeakBucket will notify you by posting an announcement on the site. What constitutes a material change will be determined at PeakBucket’s sole discretion. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Using any service or viewing any content following notification of a material change to the terms shall constitute your acceptance of the Terms of Use as modified.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of these Terms of Use and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind PeakBucket in any respect whatsoever. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. PeakBucket shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond PeakBucket’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms of Use shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. PeakBucket may transfer, assign or delegate the Terms of Use and its rights and obligations without consent. Any claim relating to PeakBucket's website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you choose to use any information on this website to plan, attempt or summit a particular peak, then you do so at your own risk. PeakBucket is not responsible or liable for any injuries or damages you may sustain as a result.


Mountains can be extremely unforgiving environments. You could die if you're unprepared, so venture at your own risk.
